ORDER PROCESS
WEDNESDAY STUDIOS delivers to customers worldwide. As our products are made to order, We aim to ship within 11-12 working days of your order being placed. (With the exception of orders including items on pre-order).
UK SHIPPING
All items are currently shipped with the Evri, tracking will be provided. We give the option of local Evri Shop pick up or home delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders to the EU are shipped Royal Mail International tracked and signed with a 3-7 working day delivery aim.
Orders to the USA/Australia and rest of the world have a 7-10 working day delivery aim. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and duties please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery slightly.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At this moment we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However you may request to cancel within 24 hours of ordering. In the rare case that your product is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at the email below. The postage/shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED ITEMS
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping
